Time traveling in from 2006, an epic phone call with Roger Nelson at Princeton University and futurist Dr. Tomorrow (aka Frank Ogden) during a "live" broadcast of Living on Purpose on CHLY in Nanaimo BC Canada with host and producer, Lynn Thompson. Roger is still at the helm of the Global Consciousness Project and dear Frank "passed into the future" from his fuller-than-full life on December 29, 2012 at the age of 92. Shortly after I attended Dr. Tomorrow's 90th birthday bash in Vancouver, he sent me an email and signed it YOUR FAVORITE WEIRDO. FRANK. His primary message: "You can't predict the future but you can prepare for it." Gorgeous music wrapping and weaving through the "live" show is with thanks to the Soul Jazz Orchestra from their CD Uprooted, "Red Light."

The Venus Project "emphasizes the redesign of a culture" and is an organization that proposes a peaceful and sustainable global civilization where human rights is a way of life. In 2008, when Lynn Thompson visited Jacque and Roxanne in Florida on their 22-acre property, she recorded with both of them, walking around the property and sitting in their futuristic home. Since Jacque Fresco died in May 2017, futurist Roxanne Meadows continues The Venus Project at the Research Center that they built together. This half-hour podcast is a glimpse of the full two hours of recordings that day. Enjoy!

Michael Kaeshammer and Lynn Thompson had this brief chat in 2007 at the Toronto Jazz Festival, and then Lynn added a weave of his amazing piano ensemble music. In 2021, fans in Ottawa (Ontario Canada) gathered for his return to the stage for the Ottawa Jazz Festival. Earlier on October 29, Michael spoke with host Robyn Bresnahan on CBC Radio's Ottawa Morning. Now he returns to BC for his next performances.
Based in British Columbia, pianist and vocalist Michael Kaeshammer has a distinct style that weaves classical, jazz, blues boogie-woogie, stride, and pop into a sought-after sound. He has opened for the vanguards like Ray Charles and Anne Murray and done co-writing with rockers Randy Bachman and Colin James. While the pandemic has delayed the recording sessions and release of his 11th studio album, Lucky Man, Michael has been writing new material and revisiting his previous work, waiting for the day to arrive when he could perform in front of a live audience again.
"I can't wait to share my music with you again. Hope to see you there."

In 2014, Dr. Lynda founded EWC, a Positive Global Media Company that began publishing thousands of articles and links about remarkable people, newsworthy insights, and forward-thinking innovation, all ready for celebrating what "living with purpose" looks like! Lynn Thompson became aware of Dr. Lynda through Jim Lord's email list when he made the leap into his first video podcast as her guest on The Conspiracy of Goodness Podcast.
Being interviewed by news media worldwide about the opening of a new era, one where a “Gratitude Economy” is replacing the “Attention Economy” of the past 100+ years, Dr. Lynda is on a mission to bring us together on the enormous wave of goodness and progress well underway in the world that almost no one knows about. She is calling that global wave The Conspiracy of Goodness.
Dr. Lynda Ulrich's bestselling book, positive news website, app, podcast, education website, TEDx Talk, public speaking & consulting website, and the recently, soft-launched, Conspiracy of Goodness Social Network, all help to prove that it is STILL an amazing world.
